Two rivals claim the high kingship of ancient India — Yudhishthira's claim at Indraprastha, or Jarasandha's at Magadha. Neither holds the throne. Twelve kings across four courts will decide who deserves it.

Feast kings until they owe you, petition for their allegiance, and bind them with oaths — sworn openly before the world, or in shadow. Every king carries a public vow that closes doors for you and your rival alike; the sharpest play is turning those vows against the one who needs them. Win the oaths the crown demands, or hold the greater legitimacy when the clock runs out.
